Content and Community Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users of Six Bricks Academy to do the same.

1. No Infringing Content

Users may not upload, post, or share content that infringes or misappropriates the rights of others, including:

​​

• copyrighted images, videos, worksheets, teaching resources, slide decks, or written materials;

• music or audio used without license;

• trademarks, logos, or branded materials used without authorization;

• copied course materials, workshop frameworks, or proprietary training resources belonging to another trainer, organization, or publisher.

2. User Responsibility

Before uploading content, users must ensure they have all necessary:

• ownership rights;

• licenses;

• permissions;

• releases;

• consents.

This applies not only to educational resources, but also to event photos, participant images, recorded sessions, and promotional media.

3. Platform Response

We may remove, restrict, disable access to, or review content that appears to violate intellectual property rights or related rights.

4. Repeated Violations

Accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement may be suspended or terminated.

5. Good Practice Guidance

To reduce risk, users should share only:

​

• content they created themselves;

• content they have express permission to use;

• content for which they hold a valid license;

• participant photos or videos for which they have proper image and privacy consent.

6. Reporting IP Concerns

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to admin@sixbricksacademy.com with:

• your name and contact details;

• the location of the content;

• a description of the rights involved;

• proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder;

• a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized;

• a statement that the information provided is accurate.

7. Counter-Response

Where appropriate, we may permit the uploader to respond, explain authorization, or challenge the complaint.

Our Platform exists to support a respectful and trustworthy community of facilitators and educators. We want members to share ideas, celebrate good practice, and promote educational work responsibly.

Expected Conduct

Please:

​

• share only content you have the right to share;

• respect the privacy, dignity, and consent of participants, students, families, and fellow facilitators;

• communicate truthfully and professionally;

• contribute educationally useful, constructive, and respectful content.

Prohibited Content

Do not post content that:

​

• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• includes photos or videos of participants without appropriate consent;

• includes children’s images without required parental, guardian, school, or institutional authorization;

• reveals personal information without authorization;

• is deceptive, misleading, or falsely promotional;

• bullies, harasses, shames, threatens, or defames others;

• impersonates another educator, trainer, organization, or brand;

• contains exploitative, sexual, violent, or otherwise unsafe material;

• promotes illegal or harmful activity.

Educational Integrity

If you share course outcomes, workshop examples, testimonials, or activity designs, please do so honestly and responsibly. Do not falsely claim affiliations, credentials, results, or endorsements.

 

Enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Guidelines or any related policy. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

We take complaints relating to intellectual property, privacy, image rights, and community safety seriously.

​

1. What Can Be Reported

You may report content involving:

​

• copyright infringement;

• unauthorized use of training materials;

• unauthorized use of logos, branding, or trademarks;

• unauthorized use of photos or videos;

• privacy concerns or disclosure of personal data;

• use of children’s images without proper authorization;

• impersonation;

• harassment or abusive content;

• other content that violates our policies or applicable law.

2. How to Submit a Report

Please provide:

• your full name;

• your contact information;

• the URL or exact location of the content;

• the reason for the complaint;

• a description of the rights or interests affected;

• supporting evidence where available;

• a statement that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Review Process

After receiving a report, we may:

​

• review the content;

• request additional information;

• temporarily disable access to the content;

• remove the content;

• notify the uploader where appropriate;

• impose account restrictions;

• preserve relevant records where necessary for legal or safety reasons.

4. Repeated or Serious Misuse

Users who repeatedly violate our policies, or who submit content involving serious safety, privacy, or infringement concerns, may have their accounts restricted or terminated.

5. False or Abusive Reports

We may reject complaints that are incomplete, clearly unfounded, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.

6. Appeals or Responses

Where appropriate, we may allow the affected user to explain their rights, provide consent documentation, or otherwise respond before or after action is taken.

Before uploading content, users should confirm the following:

Option A: Single Confirmation Statement

I confirm that I own this content or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and share it on this Platform. I confirm that this content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, or other rights of any third party. If this content includes any identifiable person, personal data, participant, student, or minor, I confirm that I have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents required by applicable law or institutional policy. I understand that content may be removed and my account may be restricted or terminated if this confirmation is false or if the content violates the Platform’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, or Community Guidelines.

Option B: Multiple Checkboxes

• I confirm that I own this content or have permission to upload and share it.

• I confirm that this content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or personal rights.

• If this content contains identifiable people, I confirm that I have obtained the necessary image, privacy, and data-use consent.

• If this content includes children or minors, I confirm that I have obtained all required parental, guardian, school, or institutional authorization.

• I agree to the Platform’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, and Community Guidelines.
