Welcome to Six Bricks Academy (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an online community for facilitators, educators, and practitioners who use Six Bricks methods and activities to share teaching ideas, workshop materials, photos, videos, and course-related content.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform


The Platform is intended to support a professional and educational community by allowing users to:

​

  • share past course experiences and educational reflections;

  • promote upcoming workshops, classes, or programs;

  • share photos, videos, teaching materials, and activity designs;

  • connect with other facilitators and community members.


2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or upload content. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, school, training provider, or business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. User Accounts


You are responsible for:

​

  • providing accurate account information;

  • keeping your login credentials secure;

  • all activity conducted through your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

4. User Content


You may upload or post content including:

​

  • workshop photos;

  • classroom or activity photos;

  • promotional graphics;

  • course descriptions;

  • educational templates;

  • videos;

  • written reflections, testimonials, or comments;

  • other content related to your facilitation work (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for all User Content you upload, publish, or share.

​

5. Your Responsibilities


By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

​

  • you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share it;

  • your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;

  • any identifiable person appearing in your content has given the necessary permission for their image, likeness, voice, or personal data to be used;

  • if children or minors appear in photos or videos, you have obtained all legally required parental, guardian, school, or institutional consent;

  • your content is accurate and not misleading in any material respect;

  • your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.


6. Educational and Promotional Use


Because the Platform allows users to promote workshops, showcase course outcomes, and share activity designs, users must ensure that:

  • promotional claims are truthful and not deceptive;

  • educational materials are shared lawfully;

  • photos or videos from prior events are used only where proper permission has been obtained;

  • testimonials, case studies, or learner examples are used with appropriate consent where required.


7. Intellectual Property and Brand Respect


Users may not upload materials that improperly use or reproduce third-party content, including:

​

  • copyrighted teaching materials;

  • stock images without license;

  • music used in videos without permission;

  • materials copied from books, courses, websites, or other trainers without authorization;

  • trademarks, logos, or branded assets used in a misleading or unauthorized way.

If your Platform relates to Six Bricks facilitation, you may also want to clarify separately that users are responsible for ensuring any use of third-party brand names, logos, or references complies with applicable law and any relevant brand usage rules.

8. License Granted to the Platform


By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content, subject to this license.

9. Content Moderation


We may review, restrict, remove, disable access to, or refuse content that we reasonably believe:

​

  • violates these Terms or our policies;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • violates privacy or image rights;

  • contains unauthorized images of children or participants;

  • is misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the community.


10. Account Enforcement


We may issue warnings, remove content, suspend privileges, or terminate accounts for violations, especially repeated or serious violations.

11. No Guarantee of Publication


We do not guarantee that any submitted content will remain available, visible, or published on the Platform.

12. Disclaimer


The Platform may contain user-submitted educational, promotional, and community content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of user content and are not responsible for views expressed by users.

13. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or reliance on user-generated content.

14. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time where necessary to protect the Platform, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

15. Changes


We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
